If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase simply come see us at the store and we will be happy to give you a store credit as long as the item is unused. Shipping options are available for most apparel and accessory items. Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days of being placed.
In-store pickup is available for all items at The Bike Lab Pittsburgh, including bikes.

All bicycles are shipped via BikeFlights.

In-store pickup is free for all items, including bikes and oversized products. Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
